There are 2 main components to owning a pool – specialized service (like pool opening, pool closing and repairs) and regular preventative care and maintenance (cleaning the pool, testing and adjusting the chemistry, etc). Many of us have lawn care services or help cleaning our house so we can spend the limited time we have doing things other than chores we don’t enjoy. This is where a weekly pool care service can really help with the preventative care and maintenance of your pool and hot tub.
Just like all pools are different, all environments are different and all family’s needs are different. A weekly care program is a little different for everyone. Once per week pool care: $89.00 to $139.00 per visit
About 50 percent of our clients have only one visit from our Clean Team per week. This visit includes inspection and adjustments as required to water quality; assessment of water temperature; notation of filter pressure; rinsing/backwashing of filter media as required; cleaning hair and lint baskets, scum line, deck; solar cover cleaning/rinsing as required; vacuuming with skimmer socks; on site water testing; monthly full lab analysis; water balance and application of required products to ensure a safe, sparkling and algae-free pool.
Between visits we do ask that you check your sanitizer level and make adjustments as needed, clean the skimmer basket and keep the pool water level filled to ¾ up the skimmer basket.
More than once per week pool care: $39.00 to $79.00 per each additional visit per week.
Some folks would like a little less hands on responsibility for checking sanitizer and water levels. If that sounds like what fits for you, we recommend a second or up to three visits per week for us to touch up vacuum the pool and make little water chemistry adjustments. The additional cost is less per visit as these are not as labour intensive.
Chemical Only Care: $69.00 to $89.00
If you have an automatic pool cleaner or enjoy keep the mechanical system tip top but find the chemistry daunting, then a chemical only care package will be wonderful for you. This visit includes inspection and adjustments as required to water quality; on site water testing; monthly full lab analysis; water balance and application of required Hot Tub Care: $69.00 to $99.00
