Cold Plunge

Your crew of Kyle and Jay wrapped up here yesterday, and we know they’ll be back one last time when the smaller towel bar is in. Both Jim and I want to tell you how great they are and they’ve done a marvellous job with our two bathrooms. We very much appreciated their consideration for the rest of our home, how they cleaned up so well at the end of the day and kept mess to a minimum, were respectful of our wishes, and it’s easy to see how much pride they take in their work. They get along so well together, and as we told them, we’ll miss having them around! Even though it’s good that we can now “move into” the beautiful bathrooms.

The project turned out exactly as we hoped for, and the new shower has actually exceeded our expectations as it’s so beautiful. (and Dale should be installing the shower door soon). When he was here to measure, he commented on the fine work Jay and Kyle had done for us.

In all the contractors and employees that we have had doing renovations, finishing our basement and odd side jobs we have never had anyone who have taken the pride and workmanship in doing their tasks as Brian and Dustin. They respected our home and were very conscious of making sure they thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each work day. Prior to installing the articles in the area they were working in they checked with us to ensure this was what we wanted them to do and they were in the proper location. They were both extremely professional in dealing with us yet maintained a very friendly attitude. In our opinion they create an image that does nothing but exhibit the accreditation of your company and the quality of not only the product but the workmanship one can expect.

We are really happy with our bathroom reno! The guys were awesome: polite and respectful, well informed and professional. Their attention to detail was excellent. We enjoyed the whole process, watching all the changes every day, making those quick little decisions.
