WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

STEP ONE: SANITIZE!

-Test your pool water every couple days with test strips and keep your chlorine level between 1-3 ppm.

-Add 2-3 Chlorinating Stix into a floater and apply/adjust as necessary.

STEP TWO: OXIDIZE!

-Broadcast 1/4 bag of Smart Shock across the pool surface. This will add sparkle to your water, reduces irritants, and improves chlorine effectiveness.

STEP THREE: PREVENT ALGAE!

Use 3 caps of Banish weekly to keep algae away.

PROBLEM SOLVING

GREEN POOL:

-Add 1/2 bag of Burn Out directly into the pool water with the pump and filter in operation. Wait 1 hour and 250mL Banish. -Repeat every evening until the colour turns from green to cloudy-blue

CLOUDY POOL:

-At this point add 1 cap of Pool First Aid. Keep your pump and filter in operation constantly until the pool is clear. Rinse the filter everyday. Keep chlorine level of at least 3ppm. -Repeat this step every 24 hours until the pool is clear.

TIPS!

-Use Filter Brite to chemically clean your filter. -Low pH? Add 1 cap of Balance Pak 200 once a day until pH is in ideal range (7.4-7.6) -The more you circulate and filter your pool, the clearer it will be. -Don’t hesitate to contact and ask for the water lab!
