Aqua-Tech Pawfect Calendar

Our staycation destinations wouldn’t be complete without the four-legged (and sometimes feathered or shelled!) members of your family. Aqua-Tech is excited to launch the Pets of Aqua-Tech Calendar…A heart-warming, community-driven project featuring real pets from our Aqua-Tech family of customers.

We’re calling on you to submit a photo of your pet for a chance to be featured in our 2027 calendar, which will be sold in-store in fall 2026, with proceeds supporting local pet rescues and shelters here in Manitoba.

Whether your pet loves lounging poolside, supervising hot tub soaks, splashing around, or simply being your loyal sidekick – we want to see them.

Together, we’ll create something fun, meaningful, and paws-itively impactful.

Consent to Use Image for Marketing & Calendar

I grant Aqua-Tech and its partners the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use my submitted photo and pet’s name for marketing, promotional, digital, print, and calendar production purposes related to the Pets of Aqua-Tech 2027 Calendar Project.

Calendar Production & Sales Consent

I understand that this image may be used in a calendar that will be produced and sold in-store with proceeds directed toward local pet rescues, shelters, and charitable initiatives.

No Compensation

I understand that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of my submitted photo.

Age of Consent

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to grant this consent.

Privacy & Data Use

I consent to Aqua-Tech collecting and storing my information solely for the purposes of this project and related communications, in compliance with Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA).

All calendar proceeds will be donated to local pet rescues, shelters, and animal-support initiatives selected by Aqua-Tech. Final charity partners will be announced prior to calendar launch. Photo selection is at the sole discretion of Aqua-Tech. Not all submissions are guaranteed to appear in the final calendar.
