Service Department Orderwriter/Scheduler

Job Description:

Very active service department requires a key communicator. Must have excellent telephone and organizational skills. A successful candidate will have sharp management skills and be able to implement systems and processes to take the department to the next level in customer service.  You will help grow the swimming pool and hot tub service department for residential clients.   Great verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail in administration are required.   A large amount of computer knowledge is helpful.

Job Summary:

This is a full time permanent seasonal position. The ideal candidate is looking for a 7 month of the year position while enjoying 5 months at home. Great opportunity for the right fit of person. Hourly wage or salary will be competitive.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Booking and scheduling pool and spa service calls;   
  • Communicating with clients in person and on the phone; 
  • Creation and processing of work orders; 
  • Communication with service technicians who are out on sites; 
  • Filing of work orders; 
  • Processing payments
