An attached hot tub in the 1980’s sounded like a good idea at one time but when it leaks for many years and is unused it is not only an eyesore but also a waste of valuable space on the pool deck. A replacement with clean coextruded Thermoplastic walk-in staircase and fade resistant pool liner pattern is just what this client asked for so their pool would be beautiful asset in the yard again.

Project Scope
1. New Walk-in Stairs
A staircase was added in the direction of the backdoor to create a direct pathway from the home into the pool and back again. Stairs are a great way add an extra area to your pool to sit, rest and relax, or for the little ones to play and splash.
2. Concrete Deck Replacement Around Stairs
Upgrading the steps of this pool modified the area around the previous built in hot tub. We created clean, matching look to the concrete around the new steps so the client did not have to refinish their entire decking.
3. Pool Liner Color Selection to Reflect the Sky
Nothing gives your pool and backyard a facelift like a new liner. This client went for our new ultra-seam technology meaning there are no visible seams anywhere on this liner. The light sky-like blue adds softness to the water and an added luxury feel to the yard.

The best time for your pool structure is to replace the pool liner in the heat of the summer when the ground conditions are dry and stable. The process is pretty fast and we can easily accommodate this when your family is at the cottage for a couple days. Other than that, an autumn liner replacement works great for many folks. The great news is that we change pool liners April into October so there is lots of time to get you and your family swimming
There is a lot of steps that go into changing your pool liner. What most people find surprising is that more than half of them occur before we even start to drain the water from your pool. What we find on average is that from the day the existing pool is drained until the day you are able to swim again is about 7 days.
