Waterfall keeps running

Hi, I just had my circ pump,replaced and now my waterfall won’t turn off, anyone know why?

    Tom, what make and model of spa do you have.
    If you have the date built that would also be handy
    to field your inquiry. You can find all of this near the
    Sentry control box if you have a Sundance Spa.

    Tom, the circulation pump programming can be set to run upto 24hrs.  In our region this is what we recommend.  If you prefer to have your waterfall off and it is safe to have it off simply turn the waterfall control valve to the off position.  If all else fails contact your local Sundance Support Desk to book a diagnostic of your 2008 Sundance 780 series spa.

    Tom, it sounds like perhaps the waterfall control valve could be fouled.  If you shut off power to the spa you can rotate the valve cover counter clockwise til it comes free from the spa.  Inspect the internal assembly that it is still in good condition.  If all else fails contact your local Sundance Support Desk to book a diagnostic and repair of your 2008 Sundance 780 series spa.
