My hot tub not working

Hot tub says Flo and cool ? Water is low not sure what to do need help asap before it freeze

    Landon if you have the FLO and COOl msg there is not enough water flow to operate the circ pump. Could be a number of reasons ie soiled filter, plugged Flow switch or circ pump, bad Flow switch or poor connection from switch to PWA. If your water level is low in the spa please fill it back up to normal operating level (just touching the bottom of your cushions).
