Hot tub-breaker shutting off

Refilled hot tub yesterday and can’t restart. Breaker keeps shutting off. The display message says ICE and 48. Stays on for about 10 seconds then shuts off. Any suggestions before I book a service call??

    Dina try to disconnect your appliances one by one while resetting your gfci breaker each time. Start with your ozone unit, then your smaller circ pump, then your heater and finally your jet pumps. Observe if the gfci holds after disconnecting these appliances. If it holds you would want to stop disconnecting at that appliance. If all else fails contact our Sundance Service Support Desk to book a Diagnostic and repair of your 2010 Sundance Chelsee Spa.

    I have a Sweetwater Bahia spa and all power shut off. Keeps tripping GFCI breaker. When I try to reset, it trips the main breaker. I found burnt wires which lead to the heater in (red and black wires). I unplugged them and reset breaker, and everything works except for what those wires go to. Is that for my water heat?
    What’s the best way to repair this?

      Hi Ryan. Yes that is for your heater. The heater will need to be replaced. If you can send me the serial number of the spa I can look up the date built and send you a link for the heater. We have heaters in stock for the Bahia. There was a revision change in the profile of heater when the Bahia was still being manufactured so that’s why we need the date built.
      The serial number can be found on the id sticker near the Sentry control box.

    My hot tub shuts down every 24 or 48 hours sometimes longer lately i checked connections all were tight and looked dry the breaker wires also are tight and i sprayed with wd 40 now 48 hours plus its off again It does turn back on and when using it it runs like a charm only when its not in operation does it shut down (tub is only a year old)
