How long for hot tub to connect to cell towers? I’ve installed app. Scanned code. Tub is still not communicating after 1.5hrs

    Hi Shawn. Did you contact Sundance Spas customer service to activate SmartTub?

    That’s not needed. They are connected.
    But the app is garbage.
    Upon reading the reviews on the app. It would seem this is a common trend.
    For $700 I would think it would work better then this.

      We’ve had pretty good success with the SmartTub system so far Shawn. There was one connection issue north from Teulon but that was solved with a booster antenna. Cell service in general around that one pocket there was poor.

    Tubs not reading temps or setting it.

    How do I trust this to protect my tub?
    18k on a tub. 700 for cell. Doesn’t work?

      We’ve had pretty good success with the SmartTub system so far Shawn. If all else fails on your end it’s best to contact our Sundance Service Support Desk to book a diagnostic and service of your SmartTub system.
