My spa is leaking but only when it is on. It looks like it is coming from the back i.e. away from the maintenance panel. it is only 5 years old and there are no leaks in the actual tub itself – it’s like new. Any suggestions as to how I could troubleshoot? Thanks.

Michelle you should first remove your 3 Mtce panels and have a look to see if there is something loose and or leaking water in the equipment bay. If the spa is slightly out of level you could be losing water here and the water could be pooling to the lowest spot of your pad area. If you see nothing there try and open the panel on the side where you see the water pooling. Your waterfall is on the opposite side of your mtce panels so have a look under the waterfall for signs of wetness in the foam. If all else fails contact your local Sundance Spas support desk to book a diagnostic and repair of your Sundance Certa Spa.
