    Jim we specialize in Sundance Spa Technical Support.  Your best to check with the dealer you purchased your spa from for Technical support and or a diagnostic call from a Spa Diagnostic Center in your region.  Most times a low flow symbol or light means your filter is soiled, the water level is low in the spa and or the circulation pump is not getting proper water feed.
