Setting Up WiFi

The app asks for a UID # and we cannot find it.

    Gary, the UID # can be found on the Wi-Fi box or on the underside of the bridge inside the equipment bay area. If all else fails contact our Sundance Service Support Desk to book a diagnostic and service of your 2016 Sundance Optima spa.
