Pool Opening – How to loosen winter plugs

Hi – Aqua-tech did a big pool Reno for us last year and also did the pool closing. I’m not able to loosen the 3 winter plugs under the skimmer – and broke off a piece using pliers. Can you advise how to remove these plugs?

    Mark with the correct fitting pliers you should be pushing inward on the plug evenly but diagonaly into the slots of the plug. If all else fails contact our Service Support Desk to book a spring opening of your swimming pool.
