I have had an error code E01 about 3 or 4 times this season. If I turn the heater off and then on, it works again. I would like to know what the error code means

Many times this is an open thermistor code Ken. Verify pins on the board are cleaned and connected. Verify wires to the thermistor are connected. If all checks out you could have an issue with the wire harness, thermistor or PC board. If all else fails contact our Service Support Desk to book a diagnostic and repair of your Maxetherm Heater.
