The control panel is not responding to the jets button.. but will run its cycle and periodically run. The lights and display work and the fountain runs. The panel displays cool. Please help! There is condensation in the panel

Hi Jessica. Sounds like it may be a bad control panel and or board. If all else fails contact our Sundance Service Support Desk to book a diagnostic and repair.
