Jandy pool heater h2o sensor fault

Please advise me on how to fix this fault error. I had my pool heat shut off for a week. Now the pool temp reads 117 degrees..which is impossible!

  1. Lucille a water sensor error message usually indicates a bad connection from the thermistor to the PWA and or a bad thermistor. Check the connections online with these two components and visually inspect the thermistor. Perform a resistance ohms test on the thermistor if needed. Sometimes on inspection of the thermistor it can lead you down the path that other components within the heater are wearing and not transferring heat proportionally ie heat exchanger and thermoregulator. If all else fails contact our Service Support Desk to book a Diagnostic and or replacement of your pool heater.
