Rick what your are seeing is the blb or (bulb) message. This is an indication that your ClearRay bulb needs to be replaced and your quartz tube cleaned. I would recommend you do this before resetting your countdown timer.
To reset your countdown timer hold the Jet 1 and cooler buttons for 3 seconds, you will see your filter cycle indicator come up. At this point press the warmer button until you see 0.
Once you see 0 press the Jet 1 button and your ClearRay countdown timer should reset. If the countdown timer was at 0 the Jet 1 button will reset it. If the countdown timer was not at 0 the Jet 1 button will not reset it. All of this info is also on page 32 of your owners manual. If all else fails contact our Service Support Desk to book service of your ClearRay system.
I own a 2010 Jacuzzi J300 hot tub and this morning the 616 code flashed on my LED display. I am also 100% certain that I have the ozonator system instead of the UV bulb system. Using your instructions above, the 616 code cleared. My question is this,, does this mean my ozonator has craped out and needs replacing.
Mike usually the ClearRay bulb countdown timer is set for 365 days. Depending on the type of ozone unit you have installed ie Uv or Corona discharge they start having diminished impact after 1-3 years. If you require a new ozone unit visit our online store at http://www.aqua-tech.ca. Click on Parts And Accessories and then click on the big yellow button Prices and Availability. You can attach a picture of your current ozone unit and plug here for id purposes.

I have a Sundance spa and the display just started flashing the temperature and the b1b. What should I do
Thanks Cindy
Hi Cindy. The blb message means it’s time to change your ClearRay Uv sanitizer bulb and reset the ClearRay bulb countdown timer. I’ve attached a purchase link for the ClearRay bulb for your convenience: https://support.aqua-tech.ca/store/index.php/sundance-parts/clear-ray-uv-bulb.html

Hi Sharon. What is the make, model and serial number of your spa?
can I drain my hot tub if it is above freezing
Hi Toni. If you are above freezing and will stay above freezing during the process of draining and re-filling the spa it should be ok. If you are draining the spa and leaving it empty I would winterize it with antigel after draining it. Attached is a link for antigel. It is in stock and would ship today: https://support.aqua-tech.ca/store/index.php/pool-chemicals/winter-and-off-season/hibernate-anti-freeze.html
