George if the water is still hot but there is no water movement you would want to check your circulation pump programming and make sure it is set for 24hr circulation or the longest circ cycle you can program it for. Also be sure that your filter is clean. If you are uncertain of the condition of your filter try to remove it briefly to see if water movement starts again upon removal of the filter. I may be able to help you troubleshoot further if you can give me the make, model and serial number of your spa.
