Hi Niamh. There are a couple of things you could check. 1. Make sure your water level is 3/4 up your wall skimmer at pool side and that the pool is circulating. 2. Make sure your pool filters are clean and you have exceptional flow returning to the pool jets. If in doubt about the condition of your filters you could remove them and run the pump briefly without them to see if the alarm status goes away. Alternatively you could contact our Service Support Desk to book a diagnostic on the heat pump for next week.

Hi Ashly. It would fill as your pump is priming.
How do I fix the alarm status on my heat pump. It says low water status?
