We pulled out the filters and reinstalled. Powered off the hot tub but 2nd message came up. Some trouble shooting we can do ourselves?

Hi Cassie. Make sure you water level is at optimum operating level. Try running the spa without the filter for approx 10min being sure that nothing large can get sucked into the filter intake.
Check your circ pump impellor for blockage. If that all checks out ok sounds like you could have a bad connection at the flow switch and or a bad flow switch. Contact our Sundance Service Support Desk to book a diagnostic and repair of your Sundance Spa if this is the case.
