fitting has blockage

the fitting that returns to my 2011 Sundance Optima has debris stuck behind it – how do i remove that screen to clean it out?

    Dale if you mean the small grate about the size a little bigger than a toonie this screen cannot be removed. It is a one piece bulkhead that has a lock ring on the back of the spa. If you see debris in there you could possibly pick it out with a small utensil once your spa is drained or try and suck it forward with a shop vac once the spa is drained.

    If you mean one of the larger 3 foot well suction screens these are held on with a center retainer screw.
