  1. The pool came with the house. We were able to keep it sparkling clear last summer, but have fought with it all this summer! It seems no matter what we do, it quickly turns green again and is consistently cloudy. I tested the water today, and all the levels are within the normal range. Does it need new sand in the filter? Is there something else we need to do?

    1. Thank you so much for reaching out! There are many reasons why this can be happening but we have a great process to work to a resolution.
The first thing I will ask is for you to email a few photos to watercare@aqua-tech.ca.
Please send a photo of the green pool water, a photo of your equipment, a photo of your chemical stock and dip a test strip and email that photo as well.
      Happy swimming!
