No control panel screen info available, tried a reset of the GCI breakers, stereo not working, uncommanded “bubble-ator” actuation, circ filter still working, power is getting to the tub but that’s it?? Need a tech to call and trouble shoot. Carlos has replaced a couple of control panels for us already…..help

Greg, some appliances on the spa operational but the control of these devices and the panel being blank indicate poor communicaton between the PWA and the topside Control panel. If you remove your center skirt panel and the metal door to your Sentry Control Box have a look inside to make sure all connections are good between the topside and the PWA incl the main ribbon cable. Check for burnt or severed wires in this general area. Check for burn marks on the PWA. Rodents love to make homes inside the equipment bay area. Its warm in there.
