I bought a used hot tub sundance 780 chelsee model , year 2010? only 2 jets work when jet pump one runs, should they all work? pump 2 runs but I see no diffrence still only 2 jets work

I bought a used hot tub sundance 780 chelsee model , year 2010? only 2 jets work the one farthest away from control panel when jet pump one runs, should they all work off of pump 1 ? pump 2 runs but I see no difference still only 2 jets work
pump2 has issues may need capacitor or total replacement I can get it to go with a screw driver to help start.

    Craig the bigger massage selector handle directly across from the filter controls the jets for Jet pump 1. Depending on which way you have the massage selector facing it will control all of the Accu-ssage therapy set jets, all of the contour seat jets, center footwell jet, soaking seat 2 jets. The contour, center footwell and soaking seat jets can also be turned on and off by gripping the jet face and rotating.     I have a Sundance Chelsee 780 spa. I have noticed that the heater turns off if I have all jets running. If I turn on off, the heat will kick back on. Is that supposed to happen? I have noticed the spa cools off when we are in it because the heat is shutting off with both pumps running.

      David it sounds like you are setup for 20 and or 30 amp logic. The heater shuts off when both jet pumps are on hi. To have the heater operate with both pumps on hi the spa has to have a dedicated 40 amp service and the board needs to be set for 40 amp logic.
