The moment we walked into the original 1980’s style bathroom of the house we all thought the exact same thing “How does a room this massive feel so small?”. There was this huge, ugly wall to wall linen cabinet, everything was blocked off into sections and it had zero flow to it. We needed to find a way to turn this beast into a beauty.

His & Her Shower

Our first step was to fulfill the clients dream. The key to a perfect bathroom for them was a “His & Hers” shower station. Not only that but they wanted the floor to be flat throughout and no shower door. While this was a difficult task, the results were absolutely breath-taking.

Heated Shower Floor

The shower featured immaculate tile work from floor to ceiling with a partial glass wall completed the enclosure. The tile flowed seamlessly from the walls to the heated floor. To accommodate the lack of step-up or shower door, the genius idea of a line drain was incorporated into the design. This allowed us to keep the shower open while not compromising any functionality as the water did not flow past this point.

3 Station Vanity

The design choices made helped our team create a sort of 3 station washroom that maximized the potential of the space.
