Building a relationship and learning your client’s desires are key parts of any job. In this instance, we were lucky enough to have an idea of what this clients tastes were as we had previously done the pool in their backyard.
The space they wanted us to work on wasn’t terrible work, but just wasn’t getting it done for them. They liked the original tile work on the floor and the base of the vanity but that was pretty much it. It was a smaller bathroom that had this big, ugly tub that wasn’t being used. While on vacation they fell in love with a steam shower in their hotel room and wanted one at home. Without completely redoing the entire room, this was going to be a difficult task.
