Waverley West
FeaturedFeatured ProjectThere are 3 zones; the pool area, the bocci ball field and the lower fire pit zone. The pool features full length staircase, diving board and more. The pool equipment is cleverly hidden with an L shaped fence between the pool and the house. The bocci ball field uses artificial turf for a maintenance free yard. The lower firepit area near the water simulates time at the lake for great evening get togethers. The trees, plants and landscape lighting were installed by our team. This was a massive project as we installed artificial turf in the front yard as well. Expect a transformation of this size and detail to take 2 months to complete. That’s not long compared to the years of family enjoyment for this Winnipeg family.
LaSalle
FeaturedFeature ProjectThis LaSalle business owner wanted a luxury residence above his office building. The 12’x24’ concrete pool is a great retreat for family and friends. The pool was designed as a structural concrete vessel to minimize any chance of water leaking to offices below. The paster finish chosen was verde diamond brite and was installed by the Aqua-tech team. The pool equipment is hidden away with other building mechanical on the higher roof top. Imported hardwood decking surrounds the pool and patio area to soften the look and resemble a real backyard setting.
Dunkirk Drive
To create the pool we have used Diamond Brite Onyx Plaster. Diamond brite is the finish, and onyx is the color! This finish on a pool is so great because it can take the wear of the chemicals and if looked after properly, it can last up to 30 years. The reason that concrete is so popular is because of the richness in the way it looks, it can’t be cut with a knife, or tear, and ice can not break it!. The outdoor glass around the sides of the area make for great views of the wilderness surrounding the pool!
St. Vital
This beautiful one-of-a-kind pool features a beautiful pool, water feature and fire pit area with covered patio seating! The beautiful sparkling liner is called the Butterfly Effect Pearl. Adding a slide is a wonderful element of family fun, adding about $7,000 on to the total. The retaining wall material for this client was the Kodah material where the firepit sits. They have their pool paired with a Sundance Optima Spa!
Steinbach
This prestigious and gorgeous layout was completely customized to the customers desire! This beautiful layout of pool, stone and spa has come together to give you the feel of a retreat right in your own yard! It was designed by Secter Architecture + Design. The biggest feature in the yard is the privacy wall. This privacy wall gives cover to changing rooms, and access to all the mechanical for the pool! The pool is surrounded by real granite rocks. The spa features a custom steal frame hand rail and stained wood.
