Mai Tai

This tropical drink can be made anytime, especially in your own personal pool paradise!

Ingredients

1 oz. light rum
1/2 oz. crème de almond
1/2 oz. triple sec
sweet and sour mix
pineapple juice
1/2 oz. dark rum

Directions

Into a Collins glass pour light rum, crème de almond, and triple sec. Nearly fill with equal parts of pineapple juice and sweet and sour mix. Add dark rum and serve immediately, unstirred, with a straw.

Classic Shirley Temple

This famous, refreshing drink is making it’s comeback!

Ingredients 

1/3 cup ginger ale or citrus soda
1.5 tbsp. of grenadine syrup
1 maraschino cherry for garnish

** add 2 oz. of vodka for the cocktail version

Directions

Into a highball glass over ice, combine ingredients and use the cherry as garnish.

Cucumber Margarita

Crisp and refreshing, this new take on the classic is tasty and easy to make.

Ingredients

Salt, for rimming the glass
Ice
2 1/2 oz. cucumber-infused tequila
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar brought to a boil, stirred, then cooled)
1 cucumber slice, for garnish

Directions

Wet the rim of an old-fashioned or margarita glass, dip it in salt and let stand until dry. Fill the glass and a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cucumber-infused tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup and shake until well chilled. Strain the cocktail into the rimmed glass and garnish with the cucumber slice.

Water Lilies

This light cocktail is a great addition to any get-together!

Ingredients

1.5 oz. vodka
.5 oz. raspberry syrup
.5 oz St. Germain liqueur
.5 oz. lime juice
1.5 oz. sparkling wine

Directions

Stir all ingredients with ice, and strain into a wine glass. Garnish with frozen raspberries or basil leaves.

Cinderella 

This fruity mixture is the perfect beverage for anyone to enjoy

Ingredients

2 tbsp. lemon juice and 2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 tbsp. grenadine
1/4 cup ginger ale or club soda
pineapple or orange slices for garnish

Directions

Shake all ingredients in an ice filled shaker, pour over fresh ice in a highball glass, garnish with orange or pineapple slices.
